Memorial service for Tommy Duncan, age 80, of Tipton, Oklahoma, will be held at 4:00 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2025, at the Orr Gray Gish Chapel with Bro. Barry Nettles officiating.

Mr. Duncan passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. An inurnment at Frederick Memorial Cemetery will be held at a later time.

He was born November 4, 1944, in Haywood, Oklahoma, to William Carl and Minerva Rosabell (McDaniel) Duncan. When he was young, Tommy moved around with his family across the country, but spent time in Arizona. He attended grade school in Farmersville, Texas. He lived in Snyder, Frederick, and then Tipton. Tommy's primary work was as a farmhand. He enjoyed fishing, horseshoes, and he especially loved Classic Country Music. He was a Baptist.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son: Henry Charles Lawrence; brothers: Loyd Duncan, Lynn Duncan, John Duncan, Carl Lee Duncan, Lonnie Duncan, Charles Duncan, Jerry Duncan, William Dee Duncan, and an infant brother Robert Richie Duncan; sisters: Ruth Lemmond, Sue Penny, and Rose Smith.

Survivors include a son: Tommy Lynn Duncan, of Tishomingo, Oklahoma; a daughter: Rose Ann Duke and husband Kenny, of Tipton; a brother Jessie Duncan and wife Janet, of Tishomingo, Oklahoma; eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
