Mr. Lewis passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024, at his home in Frederick. Burial was in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Orr Gray Gish Funeral Home.

He was born May 20, 1953, in Frederick, Oklahoma, to Marion Randall Lewis Sr. and Doris Maxine (Cassidy) Lewis. He attended Frederick Schools and was active in the Boy Scouts of America, where he earned Eagle Scout in 1969.   He graduated from Frederick High School with the Class of 1971 and Graduated from Central State University (now UCO), in Edmond, with a degree in mortuary science in 1974. He was united in marriage to Sue Ann Harness on May 25, 1974, at the First Baptist Church of Frederick. Randall was always supportive of his wife's teaching career and church ministries.  They worked side by side to support each others endeavors. Randall worked in the funeral business in Oklahoma City, Muskogee, and Frederick. He was an astute business man and had a career in banking and financial services. He owned or operated several businesses in Frederick, including: Lewis Investments, Frederick Furniture & Appliance, Lewis Bail Bonds, and Lewis Farms. He loved his family and attending all the grandkid’s activities.  He also enjoyed golf, snow skiing, and OU football games. He enjoyed meeting the Subway gang for coffee each morning. He was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Frederick where he served on numerous committees. He loved the Lord and he loved his church family. He felt blessed to help church ministries by assisting in providing scholarships for kids and youth camps, mission trips, and other church work.  He was an active Lions Club member.  He joked that he was the first “2-timer” when he served a second time as the club’s president.
