The service in her honor will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at the Orr Gray Gish Chapel, 111 North 11th Street, Frederick, Oklahoma, with Pastor Michael Logan officiating. Patsy passed away Saturday, April 18, 2026, after a lengthy illness, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Patsy Jean Stultz was born on March 15, 1951, in Frederick, Oklahoma, to her cherished parents, Elva Leroy and Mary Imogene (Barnard) McBride. Her life, a tapestry woven in love, humor, and creativity, touched the hearts of all who knew her. She attended Frederick Public Schools, proudly graduating from Frederick High School with the Class of 1969. Patsy met her husband, Robert Stultz, and they were united in marriage on December 15, 1978. Crafts were Patsy’s passion, and she found immense joy in creating beautiful wreaths and dolls. An accomplished seamstress, she spent countless hours sewing and decorating, infusing each project with her vibrant spirit and meticulous care. Patsy possessed a quick wit and was never shy to express herself, endearing her to friends and family alike.
Patsy’s life was graced by her five children: Amy Hernandez, Angela DeRouen, Lori Biggins, Christy Stultz and Robert “Bubba” Stultz. Her family also included her siblings Mike McBride and Tammy Sevilla, which provided her with endless joy and support. Her legacy will continue through the lives of her grandchildren: Taylor, Logan, and Corbin Hernandez; Austin, DJ, and Alexis Roberts; Trent, Arron, and Dalton Swann; ZaKyra & Zariya Golden; and Kaylnn and Marlee Stultz. Each grandchild carries forward a piece of her heart and spirit.
She rejoices now in reunion with those that preceded her in death: husband, Robert; daughter: Lori Biggins; grandson: Jaelyn Ray James Golden; son-in-law: Lloyd Hernandez; and two brothers: Ronnie and Danny McBride.
