Maria Reyna Del Rio Puga

            Visitation with rosary and service for Maria Reyna Del Rio Puga, age 63, of Frederick, Oklahoma, will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at  Orr Gray Gish Chapel.

            Ms. Del Rio Puga passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center in Oklahoma City.

            She was born January 6, 1960, at Penon Blanco, Durango, Mexico, to Ricardo Del Rio Amya and Josefina Puga Verela. She lived in various parts of the country but had lived in Schuyler, Nebraska, until moving to Frederick in 2012. She enjoyed cooking and most everyone in town got to taste her food. She loved to be with family and friends.  She was a member of Saint Helen’s Catholic Church, of Frederick.

            She was preceded in death by her parents.

            Survivors include brothers and sisters: Roberto Del Rio Puga, Raul Del Rio Puga, Jose Dolores Del Rio Puga, Teresa Del Rio Puga, Aurora Del Rio Puga, Raymundo Del Rio Puga, Rocio Del Rio Puga, Ricardo Del Rio Puga, Jr., and Gilbert Guerrero Del Rio.
