Lorenzo Pena Aguilar

Memorial service for Lorenzo Pena Aguilar, age 59, of Frederick, Oklahoma, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 9, 2025, at the Orr Gray Gish Chapel with C. J. Tamez. Inurnment will follow at the Frederick Memorial Cemetery.

Viewing will be held at Orr Gray Gish Chapel Wednesday, May 7, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. The Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.

Mr. Aguilar passed away Monday, May 5, 2025, at his home.

He was born February 26, 1966, in Fargo, Texas, to Demetrio Aguilar, Sr. and Reyes (Pena) Aguilar. He graduated with the Class of 1985 from Frederick. He was united in marriage to Hope Gonzales on December 30, 2002, in Vernon, Texas. He was a truck driver for most of his working life. He recently had become a supervisor at Cal-Maine Foods, in Chillicothe, Texas. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. His passion was his grandkids.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his three sisters: Mary Castillo, Rachel Aguilar, and Raynelda Castaneda; two brothers: Demetrio Aguilar, Jr. and Ray Aguilar; and one granddaughter, Lillianna Marie Davila.

He is survived by his wife: Hope Aguilar, of the home; his children: Lorenzo Patrick Lee and Gabriella, of Vernon, Texas, Alexander Aguilar, of Jay, Oklahoma, Adam Aguilar, of Frederick, Oklahoma, Reyes Madi-Juana Madden and Michael David, of Manitou, Oklahoma, Andrea Angelica Aguilar, of Vernon, Texas, Juan Antonio Merijildo Aguilar and Selena, of Vernon, Texas, Christian Alexander Aguilar, and Cameron O'Shea Lee; his siblings: Anita Barrett and Raymond Bernal, of Mangum, Oklahoma, Pauline Garcia, of Burlington, Iowa, Corine Cerda and Eliseo, of Jamay, Mexico, Eva Espinosa and Willie, of Frederick, Oklahoma, and Joe Adam Aguilar, of Ada, Oklahoma; 14 grandchildren, one great grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, co-workers, and friends.
