     Funeral service for Joyce Irene (Neely) Dutton, age 91, of Frederick, Oklahoma, will be held at 1:00 p.m Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at the Orr Gray Gish Chapel with Rev. Dan Pulver, pastor of First United Methodist Church, of Frederick.

    Mrs. Dutton passed away Friday, January 26, 2024, at her home in Frederick.

    Burial will be in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery.

    She was born January 15, 1933, in Frederick, Oklahoma, to Frank and Hazel H. (Neguent) Neely. She graduated from Frederick High School with the Class of 1951. She was united in marriage to Jim Dutton on June 15, 1951. She worked at TG&Y, GTE, and Pioneer Telephone, where she retired in 1992 after 42 years. She enjoyed working puzzles, square dancing, and cooking for her family. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, of Frederick.

    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Jim, on November 27, 2009, and a sister: Frankie Marshall.

    She is survived by her son: Randy Dutton, of Frederick; daughter: Hollie Dutton, Frederick; a sister: Patsy Nelson, Oklahoma City; a brother: James Neely, of Yukon; and two grandchildren: Terrell Johnson and Kashawn Curry.
