Funeral service for Haven Blain Hogan, age 16, of Frederick, Oklahoma, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Restoration Church (1920 N. 15th Street), with Bro. Johnny Flores, pastor, officiating.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 19, at Orr Gray Gish Funeral Home.
Haven died Sunday, December 7, 2025, near Frederick, Oklahoma.
He was born February 25, 2009, in Lawton, Oklahoma, to Brandon Edward and Julynda (Connywerdy) Hogan. Haven had attended schools in Frederick, Davidson, Tipton, and most recently he was an online student with Epic Charter Schools. Haven was adventurous, he loved the outdoors, especially fishing and camping. He enjoyed gaming on play station and "GTA" was his favorite. Haven loved his family and his 4 month old niece Raelynn was his world. While growing up, he had attended church at Tesca, Frederick Church of Christ, and most recently Restoration Church. He was a proud tribal member of the Comanche Nation.
Haven was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Darrell Hogan; great grandparents: Gerald and Lillie Fern Hogan; maternal great grandparents: Betty & A.P. Coley; uncles: Cecil Matthew, Jarrod Connywerdy, and Rodney Connywerdy; and a cousin: Jonathan Powell.
He is survived by his parents: Brandon and Julynda Hogan, of the home in Frederick; sisters: Alexis "Lex" Hogan, and Amanda Connywerdy and fiance Zayden "Zay" Duke and their baby Raelynn Duke (Haven's pride and joy niece); maternal grandparents: Carlene and Juan Escoto; maternal grandmother: Linda Perez, of Davidson; maternal grandfather: Jason Connywerdy, of Geronimo; paternal grandmother: Tina Diaz and husband Joe, of Frederick; paternal great grandfather: Bill Franks; Urbana, Missouri; maternal uncles: Jason "JJ" Connywerdy, of Geronimo; maternal aunt: Carrie Connywerdy, of Davidson; and a paternal uncle: Anthony Diaz, of Cyril.
