A visitation will be held Sunday evening at the funeral home.
Mr. Garza passed away Thursday, February 15, 2024, at Wichita Falls, Texas.
He was born October 29, 1954, in Lockney, Texas, to Reverend Pedro Garza Sr. and Josephine (Martinez) Garza. He moved with his family to Tipton at an early age. He lived in Tipton most all his life. He was united in marriage to Dora Castillo on December 9, 1972. He worked in parts and supplies for Aviall for many years. He was an owner/operator of Garza Bros. Custom Hay Baling. Bob loved music and loved to play. He was a skilled musician and played numerous instruments, but particularly loved the guitar. He traveled all over playing and singing in church services and gatherings. He loved spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed traveling to see family and friends. He was a Pentecostal.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson: Aaron Lopez; a brother: Pete Garza Jr.; and a sister: Josephine Balderas.
He is survived by two daughters: Brenda Signorelli, of Altus, Oklahoma; Karen Gonzales (Pete), of El Campo, Texas; a son: Braulio Garza Jr. (Daisy), of Tipton, Oklahoma; a brother: Andrew “Red” Garza, of Wichita Falls, Texas; three sisters: Guadalupe Soliz, of Tipton, Oklahoma, Stella Gonzales (Juan), of Altus, Oklahoma, and Linda Gonzales (Frank), of Lawton, Oklahoma; six grandchildren: Richard and Alex, and Sadie, Ramon, Zaylee, and Zayden; and nine great grandchildren: Ramiro, Marcela, Marina, Emmanuel, Mia, Kinsley, Kylie, Kaylee, and Kynlie.
