Maudie Evans Funeral service for Maudie M. Evans, age 93, of Frederick, Oklahoma, was held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2008, at the Gray Gish Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Peevyhouse, pastor of Trinity Baptist Church, officiating. Mrs. Evans passed away Friday June 20, 2008, at Memorial Nursing Care Center, Frederick, Oklahoma. Burial was in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Gray Gish Funeral Home. She was born on July 28, 1914, to Joe and Annie Bell (Low) Bloodworth, in Duncan, Oklahoma. She married W. B. "Dub" Evans on February 15, 1933, in Duncan Oklahoma. She came to Tillman County in 1941. She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: W. B. (Dub) on March 17, 1988; a son: Allen Eugene "Gene" Evans; two daughters: Maudie Allene Rodriguez and Shirley Nan Flores; and one brother: Tommy Bloodworth. She is survived by two daughters: Joann Coffelt, of Snyder, and Patricia "Pat" Thompson, of Frederick, Oklahoma; 12 grandchildren: Richard Carruth, Tony Riddle, Cindy McWhorter, Mark Wafer, Trena Baker, Paul Cantero, Jr., Angie Delgado, Rasonda Chisholm, Bill Madden, Adrian Cantero, Brandy Polenski, and Lindsey Parker; 22 great grandchildren; and 17 great great grandchildren.
