Charles Clifton Lowe

Funeral service for Charles Clifton Lowe, age 59, of Frederick, Oklahoma, was held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 18, 2009, at the Orr Gray Gish Chapel, Frederick, Oklahoma, with, Rev. Eddie Whitworth officiating. Mr. Lowe died Tuesday, December 15, 2009, at his home in Frederick. Burial was in the Frederick Memorial Cemetery, under the direction of Orr Gray Gish Funeral Home. He was born on September 16, 1950, to Christopher Columbus and Rosie Mae (Wiggs) Lowe in Vernon, Texas. He was raised and attended schools in Frederick, Oklahoma. He married Eva Darlene Arrington on May 21, 1980. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; seven sisters: Erma Dean Maines, Betty Jean Lowe, Doris Anita Lowe, Esterella Rosalie Shafer, Bill McGuire, Bessie Rae Jared, Barbara Roberts; two brothers: James Edward Lowe and Granville Lowe; one grandson: Islaha Vasquez . He is survived by one son: Casey Allen Bilbrey and wife Jessica of Gainesville, Texas; one daughter: Ingrid Christin and husband Emilo (Bilbrey) Vasquez of Gainesville, Texas; one brother: Wayne Lowe and wife Kay of Tipton, Oklahoma; one sister: Patricia Gifford and husband Leroy of Tahlequah; four grandchildren: Matt, Olivia, Zoe and Jonathan; and a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
