He was born on March 23, 1936 to Manuel Henderson and Ivory Arizona (Eslick) Teague, in Blocker, Missouri. He attended school in Goodman, Missouri. He married Mary Lee Hicks on April 7, 1961, at Judge F.C. Brown's home. He was a self-employed carpenter. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church where he was Sunday School Superintendent, a board member and a Sunday School teacher. He was preceded in death by his father: Manuel Teague; his mother: Zona Teague; one brother: Junior Teague; two sisters: Lorene Hines and Pauline Hines; and one grandchild: Nicholas Teague. He is survived by his wife: Mary, of the home; two sons: Christopher Jackson Teague, and his wife Deborah Diane, and Eric Jay Teague, and his wife Denise Ann, all of Frederick, OK; two daughters: Kimberly Marlene Ward, and her husband Michael Allen, of Borger, TX, and Kandira Valene Teague, of Frederick, OK; two brothers: Virgil Teague, and his wife Donna Mae, of Bixby, OK, and Arthur Teague, and his wife Carol, of Frederick, OK; three sisters: Gerty Lauer, and her husband Richard, of Manitou, OK, Irene Miller, and her husband Melvin, of Harrah, OK, and Linda Blackford, and her husband James, of Frederick, OK; one sister-in-law: Dora Williams, of Frederick, OK; 10 grandchildren: Joshua Hightower, Christopher Teague, Brent Ward, Jermey Teague, Heather Teague, Aaron Teague, Jakob Ward, Ryan Teague, Tyler Ward, and Macy Teague; five great grandchildren: Kayla Hightower, C J Teague, Joshua Hightower, Hally Teague, and Paisley Hightower; and many nieces and nephews
