Willodean Kimbrell

June 17, 1927 — September 22, 2011

Willodean Kimbrell joined the Angels and her family in Heaven on September 22, 2011 from her home with her children and grandchildren in Choctaw, Oklahoma. She was born on June 17, 1927, to G.H. and Jessie (Housley) Clayton, in Davidson, Oklahoma. She attended school at Oak Hill, Arkansas. She worked several years in Arkansas before her marriage to Eugene Kimbrell in Marshall, AR, on November 12, 1947. She became a loving mother and homemaker. After her children were grown, she worked several years at Greenfield's grocery store bakery. She attended the Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her parents: GH and Jessie Clayton; her husband: Eugene; two sons: Ronnie and Jerry Kimbrell; two brothers: John Henry and Rudolph (Square) Clayton; one sister: Martha Jean Clayton and one great grandchild: Aaron. She is survived by her loving family of three daughters: Ruth Ann and husband Bunt Kitchens, of Muleshoe, Texas, Charlotte Crum and Carla Hutchison, of Choctaw, Oklahoma; one son: Jeff and wife Carrie Kimbrell, of Morton, Texas; one brother: Sherril and wife Mary Helen Clayton, of Frederick, Oklahoma; two sisters: Dona and husband Carl Marshall, and Ann and husband Clois Robertson, all of Frederick, Oklahoma; 10 grandchildren: and 16 great grandchildren. As her health deteriorated in the last month her granddaughter Kimberly (Skinner) Munoz took wonderful care of her Granny that she loved so much and she never left her side. Thank you Kimberly for your love and care, you were her angel on earth. She loved and missed her friends and family in Frederick, especially her church family at Assembly of God Church, when this horrible disease took her health from her. Special thanks to Valir Hospice of Oklahoma City for their care and support during the last days of her life. Orr Gray Gish Funeral Home 580.335.2112
