Carla Jean Stice

Carla Jean Stice went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 22, 2012. She passed away at Edmond, Oklahoma at the age of 69 years, 9 months, and 29 days. She was born on December 23, 1942, to Loyd and Jean (Phipps) Arms, in Frederick, Oklahoma. She married Stanley Dwight Burks of Davidson, Oklahoma in 1960, with whom she had one daughter, Shawn Jeannette. She later married Stephen Lee Cooper who was stationed at Altus Air Force base in 1969, with whom she had one daughter, Tiffany Lea. She was retired and living in Edmond, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents and her grandparents: O.L (Orace Lee) and Cora Jeannette Phipps. She is survived by two daughters: Shawn (Burks) Hooper and husband Robert, of Carnegie, and Tiffany Cooper, of Oklahoma City; one sister: Judy (Arms) Welch; three brothers: Craig Arms, Mark Arms, and Chuck Smart; five grandchildren: Ami Jeannette Perry, Sarah Ryann Smith, Devin Dwight Smith, Ryan Lee Cooper and Eric Young Robison; six great-grand-children: Charlize Ryann, Alexander Don, Jalen Rose, Kale Michael, Mallory Kate, and Kasen Stanley; and many lifelong friends.
