Bobby Cryer

Bobby Lavern Cryer went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 2, 2013. He died in Carnegie, Oklahoma, at the age of 74 years, eight months and 22 days. He was born May 10, 1938, at Willis, Oklahoma, to C. V. and Pauline (Peevey) Cryer. In 1952, his family moved to Tipton where he lived most all of his life. Bobby enjoyed fishing and camping. He had a great passion for gardening and loved to spend time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother: Wayland Cryer; a nephew: Chris Henson; one niece: Pam Cheek; and a brother-in-law: Alvie Romines. Survivors include a brother: Gerald Cryer and wife Barbara, of Electra, Texas; four sisters: Doris Romines and Brenda Henson and husband Tommy, all of Tipton, Oklahoma; Janis VanAntwerp and husband George, of Carnegie, Oklahoma; and Reba Sheffield and husband Donnie, of Frederick, Oklahoma.
