Linda Roberts

Linda Sue Roberts went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 8, 2015. She died at Integris Hospice House, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 56 years, three months and 23 days. She was born January 15, 1959, in Clinton, Oklahoma, to Joe and Gertrude (Capps) McIninch. She attended Frederick schools. She was united in marriage to Ricky Roberts on April 3, 1981, at Vernon, Texas. She worked at Frybrant, Mr. Burger and United while in Frederick. She had lived in Luther since 2013. She loved to cook and watch cooking shows and she especially enjoyed trips to the house wares department at Wal-Mart. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church in Frederick, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: David McIninch and Gary McIninch; two sisters-in-law: Sheila McIninch and Bonnie McIninch; and a great niece: Allysun Lambert. She is survived by her husband: Ricky Roberts, of the home in Luther, Oklahoma; two daughters: Crystal (Hill) Carlson, of Luther, Oklahoma, and Kabra (Roberts) Hope and husband Nick, of Luther, Oklahoma; four brothers: Joe McIninch and wife Donna, of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Carl Wayne McIninch, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, James McIninch, of Moore, Oklahoma, and Tom McIninch, of Mangum, Oklahoma; four sisters: Maxene Conditt and husband Port, of Frederick, Oklahoma, Shirley Hughes and husband David, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Wanda Ruth Lambert and husband Bob, of Yukon, Oklahoma, and Gail Wynn and husband Ronnie, of Irving, Texas; seven grandchildren: Michael Carlson, Jr., Megan Carlson, Carly Carlson, Carter Carlson, Zack Hope, Nicole Hope and Chase Hope; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
