Anita Lopez

          Anita Kay Lopez went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 12, 2016. She passed away in Snyder, Oklahoma, at the age of 66 years, eight months and 15 days. She was born March 27, 1950, near Eakly, Oklahoma, to Monty Murel Mayner and Juanita Marie (Skidmore) Mayner. She attended school and graduated from Eakly High School. She worked in various jobs around Frederick. She will always been known by family members as “Sissy”. She was united in marriage to Ruben Lopez. He preceded her in death on December 5, 2015.            She is survived by two daughters: Michelle Wood and husband Joe, of Moore, Oklahoma, and Rachel Robles, of Lincoln, Nebraska; a sister: Rose Mary Hoover, of Tecumseh, Oklahoma; a brother: Monty Don Mayner; two half brothers and one half sister; and four grandchildren.
