Patsy Evins      Memorial service for Patsy Helen Evins, age 75, former Grandfield and Frederick resident, will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, November 17, 2017, at the Orr Gray Gish Chapel with Reverend Ronnie Morgan, pastor of Tesca Baptist Church, officiating.     Mrs. Evins passed away Monday, November 13, 2017, at a Wichita Falls, Texas, skilled nursing care center. Arrangements are under the direction of Orr Gray Gish Funeral Home, of Frederick.     Viewing will be on both Wednesday and Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.     She was born December 10, 1941, in Grandfield, Oklahoma, to Marion and Jodie (McDowell) Sisk. She attended school at Manitou, Davidson and Grandfield with the Class of 1959. She married Frank Carl Harger on December 13, 1961, in Frederick, Oklahoma. She was later united in marriage to Joseph Evins on March 4, 1975, in Wichita Falls, Texas. She lived in Rush Springs and Grandfield before moving to Frederick in 2004. She worked as a caregiver and also as a waitress. She was a huge Elvis fan and loved his music and his movies. She enjoyed Bingo and arts and crafts. She also was a devoted Christian and loved to attend Bible Studies.     She was preceded in death by her parents; a granddaughter: Katrina Nunn, in 1997; and a brother: Jim Sisk, in 2003.      Survivors include a son: William “Billy” Harger, of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma; three daughters: Connie Harger, of Frederick, Oklahoma, Peggy Sue Leath and husband Brian, of Macon, Missouri, and Judy Nunn and fiancé Harold Vaughn, of Cement, Oklahoma; several step children to include step-son: Joseph Evins, Jr. and wife Jennifer Dupree, of Abilene, Texas; 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
